Orders

When will my order be dispatched?

Every Motion Archive garment is made to order. Please allow 3–7 working days for production before your order is dispatched.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking information.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't entered production, we'll do our best to help.

Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@motionarchiveuk.com. Once production has started, we may be unable to make changes or cancel your order.

I entered the wrong delivery address. What should I do?

Please email hello@motionarchiveuk.com immediately.

If your order hasn't been dispatched, we'll do everything we can to update your delivery address before it leaves us.

Shipping

How long does delivery take?

After your order has been dispatched, UK delivery typically takes 2–3 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

During busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control, delivery may occasionally take a little longer.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Motion Archive ships to selected international destinations.

Available countries, shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be shown during checkout.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local fees that may apply.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number, allowing you to follow your parcel every step of the way.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

Yes.

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided your item is:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In its original condition

  • Returned with proof of purchase

Do I have to pay for return postage?

Unless your item is faulty, damaged or we've sent you the wrong product, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the payment.

Sizing

How do your T-shirts fit?

Our garments are designed with a modern, relaxed fit that's comfortable for everyday wear.

For the most accurate fit, we recommend checking our Size Guide before placing your order.

If you prefer a more oversized look, we suggest sizing up.

Do you have a size guide?

Yes.

Product Care

How should I wash my Motion Archive clothing?

To keep your garments looking their best:

  • Wash inside out at 30°C

  • Wash with similar colours

  • Do not tumble dry

  • Do not bleach

  • Iron inside out on a low heat

  • Do not iron directly over printed areas

Following these care instructions will help preserve both the garment and the print for years to come.

Products

Why are your products made to order?

We produce each garment only after an order has been placed.

This approach reduces unnecessary waste, avoids overproduction and allows us to focus on creating high-quality products rather than mass-producing stock.

What garments do you print on?

We use premium heavyweight garments that have been carefully selected for their comfort, durability and fit.

Specific product details, including fabric composition and weight, can be found on each product page.

Will sold-out products return?

Some collections may be restocked, while others are released as limited runs and may not return.
