Payment must be received in full before an order enters production.

A contract between you and Motion Archive is formed only once your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues or stock availability.

6. Made-to-Order Products

Many Motion Archive products are produced specifically for each customer after an order is placed.

Production typically takes 3–7 working days, followed by the selected shipping service.

Because products are made to order, please check sizing carefully before placing your order.

7. Shipping

Shipping times provided on our website are estimates only.

Motion Archive is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs authorities, weather conditions or events beyond our reasonable control.
